Gender equality: between hard and soft law?

Gender equality is an issue considered in numerous hard and soft law sources.
At the seminar, we will consider the ILO approach to this topic, as well as national experiences in combating gender discrimination.
The current EU developments in the field of due diligence and sustainability reporting will also be discussed, as they might contribute to ensuring true gender equality in European states.
